All of our products are custom-made on demand, and therefore we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective. If this happens, please contact us within 7 days of order delivery via email at info@kyliegreycollection.com. Please remember to include photos of the item in question and details regarding the issue, and we will work to resolve the issue or offer a refund.
